2. Services
Shri-G Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Bathroom Cleaning (₹499 – ₹999)
- Kitchen Cleaning (₹999 – ₹1,999)
- Sofa Cleaning 5 Seater (₹499 – ₹999)
- Mattress Cleaning (₹299 – ₹799)
- Carpet Cleaning (₹299 – ₹999)
- 1 BHK Deep Cleaning (₹2,999 – ₹3,999)
- 2 BHK Deep Cleaning (₹3,999 – ₹5,499)
- 3 BHK Deep Cleaning (₹5,499 – ₹7,499)
- Water Tank Cleaning (₹499 – ₹1,499)
- Office Cleaning (Custom Quote)
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, property size, and specific requirements.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Service bookings can be made through our website form (sent directly to WhatsApp), phone call, or email.
- All bookings are confirmed upon receiving a confirmation from our team.
- We operate All Days of Week (Mon – Sun: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
- Emergency or same-day bookings may be available upon request.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices listed on our website are indicative and may vary based on the scope of work.
- A final quote will be provided after assessing your specific requirements.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept cash, UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, bank transfer, and major cards.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled service are free of charge.
- Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 6 hours before the service.
6. Service Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional cost.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Liability
- Shri-G Cleaning Services takes utmost care while performing cleaning services.
- We are not liable for damage to items that are fragile, improperly secured, or in poor condition.
- Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service with photographic evidence.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure safe access to the property for our cleaning team.
- Secure valuables and fragile items before the service.
- Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements.
- Ensure that pets are secured during the cleaning service.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Shri-G Cleaning Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
